I’ve heard on many occasion that Guinness tastes different in Ireland. Apparently this is because it’s fresher, having not travelled so far to get poured into a glass.
I’ve never been to Ireland but I’d like to go at some point. Maybe to Dublin with a few mates to sample several pints of the black/red stuff and find out for myself just how different it tastes across the water.
According to the Food Hacks website:
“The perfect pint of Guinness is poured with the glass held at a 45° angle. It should be left to settle on a flat surface for 119.5 seconds to let it "surge" and allow that perfect, foamy head to appear.”
Don’t say you never learn anything on this page. 😁👍
