I stumbled on this last night and it made me chuckle.
Released in 1967, the film’s original title was “Night Fright”. In the early 80s (here in the UK) it was re-titled E.T.N.: The Extra Terrestrial Nastie for its VHS release, presumably to cash in on the success of E.T. the Extra Terrestrial (1982).
Talk about a blatant rip off!
